I had a non-incisional nostril reduction with threads in May 2019! The anesthesia was local, and the surgery time was about 30 minutes. Aside from the anesthesia, it didn’t hurt, but after all the swelling went down, there wasn’t anything especially different. I even thought I should have just done an incisional nostril reduction Of course, I later had nostril reduction while getting nose surgery, and it is clearly different from back then!!
