I was too scared to put silicone in my nose, and my bridge was already fairly high, but I had a lot of fat at the tip, so I only wanted tip fat removal and cartilage tying. The surgery was over in less than an hour, and I liked the side profile. After the sticker was removed, the pinching at the tip of my nose was severe, so I called the hospital about 3 times. It did disappear after a little over 2 weeks. I feel like my nose changed, but only I know... nobody else knows....
