When I first consulted, I didn't like double eyelid folds, so I asked them to make it so they wouldn't show. They used a pin to mark the line and decided on an in-out line. At first I thought, for a man, isn't an in-out line too high? But I figured the doctor would know better, so I left a deposit and decided. On the day of surgery, even after thinking about it, the in-out line still seemed too high, so before lying down on the operating table, during the final design, I asked them to make it just an in-line because I wanted a hidden double eyelid. They just proceeded with the in-out line anyway (I was honestly shocked then;;) Still, the female doctor reassured me that although the line would show at first, it would naturally settle after 2 to 3 months, so in my heart I felt somewhat relieved. However, even 9 months after surgery, one side of the line was still extremely high, especially the left side, so I felt stressed every day. Thinking about it, most men usually get a natural hidden double eyelid, but this person's approach must have been different from the start. Anyway, the right side came out pretty naturally, but the left side had a ridiculously high crease, and because the asymmetry was so severe I suffered a lot. Thanks to that, until I had revision surgery elsewhere, I often heard people say my surgery was obvious, and I even got depressed.
