First of all, when using apps like Goddess Ticket, several procedures are bundled into packages of 3 or 5 sessions, and compared with other clinics they are cheaper by at least 100,000 won and sometimes more than 300,000 won. So I think they have a lot of patients. During consultation, neither the manager nor the director pushes a bunch of extra treatments. Other places would say, yes, you can do it today, but here they have more of a feeling of saying let's let things settle for one or two weeks first, which feels like they think more from the patient's point of view. However, maybe because the cost is low, there are a lot of patients, and that means waiting times. Because there are so many patients, consultation time is tight, and even though I made a reservation in advance, waiting times happen often. During the consultation, they also come in several times saying they need to check on other patients' conditions. Rather than asking about things and getting to understand them, it feels more like: if you want it, do it; if not, fine. When asking via chat, they are kind, but when I visit, instead of answering what I asked, I get a realistic macro-like copy-paste reply. It feels like a long, abstract, formulaic answer. I do like that they don't pressure or try to sweet-talk you, And of course it is normal to say if you want to do it, do it, and if not, don't. But if you don't want it, they don't even look at you and just get up and walk away without a word, so I understand the efficiency and profitability, but it makes me feel like a beggar. Anyway, they seem extremely busy, and after asking about surgery or procedures, I felt it was insufficient to really understand things or clear up my questions.
