The doctor was kind and cute, but before surgery there was no kindness such as carefully checking things or reassuring me. The consultation was detailed. The manager was very kind, cheerful, and professional. The consultation ratio was about 50:50 doctor and manager? But the front desk staff and the KakaoTalk counselors (maybe the same people) were truly extremely rude. Even if I asked just a little something, they would reply on KakaoTalk with a ;; and make it obvious they were annoyed, and the guidance at the hospital itself was also truly careless and unpleasant. The outside facilities are very good and the operating room is so-so. When I came back for follow-up, they just took photos in a rushed, slapdash way, and the doctor stopped by like he was just passing through, said a few words, and left. Still, they did give swelling laser treatment. The best person at this hospital is the manager, and the surgery turned out much better than expected, so the rudeness could more or less be tolerated haha Since the price was not that high, I was even more satisfied~ (for nose implant conditions) I thought the surgery was a success, but nope... it only looked good while there was swelling. As the swelling went down, one side of my nose became indented, so I had to get revision surgery at another hospital... I am furious about the money I wasted haha If I had not had surgery here, I could have saved the original surgery cost and all the extra fees for revision.. The indentation was because too much fat had been removed only from that side. They say non-open surgery is dangerous because visibility is hard to secure. I absolutely do not recommend it. Please make a wise choice, everyone
