Even on the day I had the consultation I had such a good impression of the clinic Even shortly after the surgery I was so grateful to the doctor that I wrote nothing but praise praise praise !!!!This is a textbook factory-style hospital, and one where the attitude and treatment change completely between going in to poop and coming out, a place where the treatment before surgery and after surgery are completely different!!!! The doctor who gave such meticulous and very kind counseling before surgery, every time I went back for follow-up after surgery, didn’t even come into the consultation room, and would just peek in once through the open door while passing by, say one line like, "Yeah, looks fine. No problem, right? The scar tissue needs more time to be monitored." and leave. As for the desk staff, well, they weren’t exactly friendly at first, and then they got even more unfriendly, especially the KakaoTalk consultant.. no words. Only the manager stayed somewhat kind, and the outside facilities are flashy and polished, and the recovery room is fairly decent, but everything else, including the operating room and injection room, is bad from top to bottom. On top of that, after surgery now, the tip of my nose is pinched and one side is sunken, so it looks very ugly. My parents are devastated. The MegaDerm went in strangely, so even if it doesn’t look very crooked in person, when I take photos the tip of the nose looks crooked. That’s why I haven’t been taking photos lately.. I absolutely can’t take group photos. Only my nose is crooked. And the columella was pulled out too long, so even when I’m just sitting still it looks like that, and when I smile, it’s a real snotty, whining little nose. As far as I know, a dent is not usually caused by scar tissue. But the clinic only said it hasn’t been long since the scar-tissue injection, so let’s wait about a month. When I asked what they would do if it stayed like this after waiting, they said they had passed it on to the director and would connect me after a month. They never proposed any concrete solution. I had already heard that this clinic is very poor at aftercare and follow-up handling, but experiencing it myself... really.. I had no inflammation, and before I noticed the dent in the early swelling stage, I was very satisfied.. I just feel so regretful that the surgery should have gone well in the first place. ---------------------------- I considered it my first and last surgery, so I didn’t want a revision, but in the end, when I recently reached the 6-month mark, I looked for a revision clinic and had a revision. The revision is very satisfying. If I hadn’t had surgery here in the first place, I could have saved both the original surgery cost and the extra revision fee.. I wasted money and went through trouble for nothing, which is truly infuriating. If you believe marketing and think something labeled closed-style surgery is easy, then whether big nose or small nose, you’ll end up getting hurt, so I hope everyone makes the decision carefully.
