(1-year Nose Beam review) I had cartilage tying and then revision surgery with Nose Beam at Doctor Me. It was my mistake, but I didn't want an overly flashy nose with silicone, so I wanted bulbous nose correction with cartilage tying + Megaderm. The director showed me by pinching my nose that bulbous nose correction was possible, and since it was the nose I wanted, I scheduled the surgery. I went ahead because the director's answer was very confident and the consultation was still thorough and long. Review: The conclusion is that the bulbous nose was not corrected at all. Separate from the director, I recommend correcting a bulbous nose aggressively from the start. From the front, it looked exactly the same to the point that no one could tell. Right after Nose Beam, the nose looked pinched, but as time passed and that pinched feeling disappeared, the bulbous nose looked even worse. I even preferred how it looked while pinched. Still, the side view was corrected well. Because of the side view, it at least felt like I had surgery. But now, 1 year later, the tip has dropped. Conclusion: I had a third revision surgery. The reason I'm writing this in a negative direction isn't about the surgery itself but about what happened after. Like most clinics, they became cold immediately after surgery. I asked for a separate consultation because I wanted to see the director, and I waited an hour, but I couldn't actually meet the director. As expected, all the manager would say was that this was the best option, lol I mentioned swelling early on, but a year later it's the same. We also brought up revision surgery, but of course I didn't do it here.
