I only had the inner part removed, and the effect was good. But the price was a bit on the high side, so I hesitated, but it still succeeded. My thighs became completely bony. If I had removed the outer part instead, I think I would have looked like a kid’s body T_T They only did the inner part, so the gap between my thighs that I wanted appeared, and I’m very satisfied lol! Recommended.
