It was hard to get a reservation in the first place. The consultation manager was moderately kind and said what needed to be said. They did not look at the ultrasound. After the manager consultation, the doctor came and checked. On the day I was trying to make the reservation, they said many other people would also be doing it that day, and that if I chose that day, the deposit could not be refunded, which was a little shocking... Then does that mean they do not follow the Consumer Agency standards.....
