I went for a consultation about a repeat nose revision, and because my nose is very small and short I was turned down, but the director kept explaining things so kindly... The staff were kind too. I went because of the fancy line, but by the time I was heading home I was in tears of despair The director did not just blindly act confident, but gave me an honest consultation, and that moved me a bit..
