I had a nose consultation, and for the nose tip material I was recommended donated rib cartilage + septal cartilage. (Even though I wanted a natural-looking nose.) It definitely seems like the top XXX hospitals pursue a flashy style. Other than pursuing a flashy style, nothing really left an impression. And it seems they do not take CT scans separately during consultation
