If you are willing to take the risk and go with donated rib cartilage, I definitely recommend a top-class place. If you want to change completely between before and after, rather than just look natural, this seems like a good place to go. The manager here looks strong and speaks well, but is extremely friendly and kind. The front desk staff are just normally polite, but the manager is lol a bit more approachable and bright, gives good consultations, and really makes you believe they can change you well. The director also seems pretty good at consultations. I personally think donated rib cartilage is not bad now, but at the time of consultation I had gone there looking for a place that was good with ear cartilage, so I still have some regret that I should have just gone ahead and done it there. The price was also reasonable, and they seem to do it at a fairly low price compared with the effect.
