Because there were so many people coming for consultations or surgery compared with the size of the hospital, I got the impression that this was a place that had become very well known by word of mouth. They explained in detail what is different when doing upper canthoplasty together with double eyelid surgery, which helped a lot. They drew pictures while explaining each of my questions in detail, which left a good impression.
