The director was fine. I had the procedure with buried stitches, and it felt like it loosened fairly quickly. More than anything, even though it has been a long time since my surgery, I still cannot forget the coordinator^^ That person who was completely different when I made the appointment and when I had the surgery. I think they probably are not there anymore now.
