I had a second revision surgery in 2016, and the result was a total disaster. It was done open, and you can clearly see that the columella is leaning to the right, but the nurse who was doing the dressing said that was not the case, and I met the doctor only a few days later. I was so exhausted that I stopped arguing, and at that time I received psychiatric treatment and took medication. Even after all the swelling had gone down, the columella was clearly tilted, so much so that even my family told me to get surgery again
