The manager was kind and there was no pressure to make a reservation. I did not designate a director, so I do not remember who it was, but the vibe was like, "Just do it! It will make you pretty!" It felt like a 3-minute consultation... I was having a revision, and my friend was having her first surgery, but both of us were told to use donated costal cartilage, and the price was too high, so we passed.
