The price is like that because I had other surgeries done together. It was a revision surgery, and they seemed to take care to make the shape I wanted as much as possible. I went because the hospital is famous for doing noses well. It's only been 2 months, so the swelling hasn't fully gone down yet, but I'm satisfied with the line and looking forward to it getting a bit thinner here. At other places they said I would need donor costal cartilage, but they seem to have done well with only the septum and ear cartilage.
