The director is the type who removes as much as possible within safe limits, and explains things in a gentle, careful way. The consultation manager was nice, but the people at the front desk were a bit It’s been 2 weeks since surgery, and I’m recovering well. I still have some swelling, so I’m not totally sure yet, but I don’t think there are any indentations. But at other places, after surgery they lie in the recovery room and rest warmly. Here, I was just seated in a recliner. I found that a little odd, but I went home fine.
