They listened to the things I was saying, like the design I wanted and the surgical area, and then explained the design and surgical method that would suit me. What left a strong impression on me was that they explained in detail which surgery absolutely had to be done and, although not essential, what changes would happen if I chose to do the others, while respecting my choice.
