First, when you walk in, the front desk staff are unbelievably unfriendly. It is not that I expected extraordinary kindness, just basic courtesy, but it felt like they were deliberately doing things carelessly and showing that they were bothered by everything. Especially when they tossed the headband at me for the photo, I was shocked. Because it was my first consultation, I thought the front desk people were the managers, and I decided I needed to avoid this place. But the manager who came after that was extremely kind. During the doctor consultation, I was thinking about an incision if it loosened, but they kept saying natural adhesion would be fine, so I was leaning that way until they suddenly said it could also loosen again after 5 years... and I thought, if that is the case, why bother? Then I left.
