The staff member was really kind. She was the kindest person at any place I’ve been to. But the director was a bit brusque, and it seemed like the staff member was really watching the director’s mood, so I felt so uncomfortable during the consultation.. After the consultation, they sent me the consultation details by text, truly the ultimate in kindness.
