Ramiche 라미체팔+부유방지방흡입Breast SurgeryOverall: 4.2/5

I had it done 4 years ago, and the doctor who performed the procedure is no longer affiliated with here. They opened their own clinic somewhere else now! It's been 4 years, so I'm writing this after finding out about this app. Long post warning! The conclusion is that I'm satisfied, but think it through a lot, and unless you are extremely obese, try dieting first! And once you get liposuction, you must absolutely not gain weight again. Scars vary from person to person, but for most people they last more than a year. Reason: Even back when I weighed in the low 40 kg range, people who tried to stop me from getting arm lipo were shocked when I showed them my arms or photos because my arms had much more fat compared to the rest of my body, which was stressful. Consultation and procedure: First I downloaded two apps and went to a hospital event I had seen first there at the time. The consultation was not great. They only did a manager consultation and kept pushing for the deposit until the very end. I was taking medication at the time, but they didn't explain any precautions. Even though I said I was on medication and wanted surgery as soon as possible, they told me to just do it today then. They were famous for that... So I searched through the apps again from scratch (now that I think about it, maybe most of it was ads or viral marketing?) and looked up a ton of reviews and side effects. I joined anti-plastic-surgery cafes on Naver and liposuction cafes, and screened out any hospital with even a little side-effect review. After that, there weren't many hospitals left. I got a quote from one place by phone consultation, but it was way over my budget at the time, so I didn't go. Thinking about it now, I feel like you absolutely have to visit many places for consultations. Then I went to Ramiche for a consultation and it was good. The manager was kind, and when I said I was taking medication, they didn't schedule anything unreasonable. During the doctor consultation too, they looked at my InBody and my photos and calmly explained whether it could be done or not. I was so scared of side effects at the time (lumps, unevenness, etc.) that I brought all sorts of photos and asked why those things happen. I told them that even if there was no effect, it would be okay, as long as I didn't get side effects, but they said my body couldn't even be suctioned enough to cause side effects and that they would remove it nicely just enough to refine the line. The price was good too. It was for the arms + axillary breast tissue + VAT and anesthesia included, so the price was good, and the compression garment was 120,000 won and medication was 40,000 won separately. On the day of the consultation, I stopped the medication and scheduled surgery for a week later. Until the day of surgery, I was really nervous and scared, and I remember the doctor, manager, and even the nurses encouraging me. Recovery after surgery was maybe like other people? Thinking about it now, the swelling went down faster than other people and there was no major discomfort. They altered the compression garment on the day the stitches were removed... I also had very little bruising and the lines were pretty. For aftercare, I saw the doctor once and had radiofrequency treatment 3 times, but I only went once and couldn't go after that because of my schedule. Still, from surgery to aftercare, I'm satisfied to this day. The reason I'm writing about the surgery experience, however, is that I want to say not to take it lightly, to visit many consultations, and to go to a place that does ultrasound and blood tests if possible. Think through every possible scenario that could happen. Looking back, I only asked whether there was an anesthesiologist on site, and I didn't even ask about CCTV. I wasn't worried about scars in the first place because I already have a lot of tattoos and I'm not that sensitive. Even if you take good care of them, scars last more than a year. It varies from person to person, but sensitive people will feel a lot of stress. In my case, arm exercise after liposuction is a bit difficult. It doesn't interfere with daily life, and I can do intense exercise and use strength just fine, but I get tired faster and feel stiff more often than others. For about 6 months after surgery I thought of it as a lingering effect, and after 1 year I thought, well, that's because I had liposuction. Even so, I still don't regret it. Even now, everyone tells me I'm thin. But once I start gaining even a little weight, it shows up immediately to my eyes, and even if others don't notice, I feel stressed without realizing it. The part that was liposuctioned doesn't get fat; instead, fat slowly goes to other areas, so it becomes a new complex. That's why they say you have to manage it for life. If you do it with the mindset of 'I'll lose it with liposuction and manage it for life,' you'll probably maintain it well. But as life goes on... there are often times when that's hard. Dieting is hard. Still, unless you are really severely obese and daily life is difficult, or you feel like you want to die because of your upper arms, I want to say try dieting and strength training first.
