It was far from the station, so it was hard to find. The outside of the clinic building looked shabby, but the inside wasn't bad, and there were only 1 to 3 people in the lobby including me, but I still waited more than an hour... The front desk staff were kind, and the consultation went in the order: manager - director - manager. The manager looked intense and had heavy makeup, so she was a little scary.. Director Min consulted me for about 20 to 30 minutes, touched my nose with a cotton swab while looking at the CT scan, and looked things over well. When there was something I didn't understand, he explained it again, and I could feel that he was trying to understand my needs well and reflect them without getting annoyed. Overall, I got the impression that he would do a good job with surgery. But when I was finishing up the consultation with the manager, she kept trailing off at the end of her sentences and seemed not to know things very well? It didn't feel professional, so I wasn't convinced by the manager. The consultation with the director was good, but because of the clinic location and because they said I'd need nasal packing for 5 days, I decided not to go ahead with the surgery after thinking it through.
