Back when I knew nothing about plastic surgery, I was just searching through plastic surgery app reviews and went to consult after seeing one photo that caught my eye (in 2021). I was doing it without my family knowing, so I couldn't shop around anywhere else, and the consultation manager kept pushing me that I had to do it on the reservation day to get the discount, so while I was hesitating I ended up making the reservation by accident and had the surgery.. I had never even thought I had a hump, but they said I had one and recommended osteotomy.. They also recommended cartilage tying, which isn't even a common surgery these days.. In the end, I got an 11-shaped nostril.. Later, the doctor who did my revision surgery at another hospital said that in the first hospital they started the osteotomy but left it unfinished, so it had been cut asymmetrically, and that the silicone was also L-shaped silicone.. The surgery was in 2021, so they were still using L-shaped implants then..? I would have gone my whole life without knowing until they reopened me for the revision. And on days 2 to 3 after surgery, I bled so much inside my face that blood came down to my lips and filled them, and my lips swelled up like balloons.. After a few days it subsided, but at the time even the thought of going to the emergency room crossed my mind and I was so scared. I never want to experience that fear again
