The director was kind and the consultation was very good. If you want, they said they can include fat grafting as a free service when you get nose surgery. Because they pursue a very natural look, I don't think there would be any huge changes. Still, I think the aesthetic sense is excellent. Also, because the director puts safety and the nose's functionality first, I trust the stability of the surgery. The manager just gives the price briefly after the consultation with the director.
