The surgery cost was around four million won. The director was extremely kind, and just like I saw in the reviews, he comforted me by saying that I'm pretty, so why am I getting surgery anyway.. Anyway, my nose really needed surgery, so he explained the direction well, measured my nose with a protractor, and said silicone was absolutely not needed. The reviews I saw online were all so natural and I liked them, and I also liked that he was going to operate using ear cartilage. But the reason I decided not to have surgery at this hospital was that he is older, so I couldn't know how long he would keep doing it.. That mattered a lot. If you get nose surgery, you have to live with the possibility of side effects, and I worried about whether the director would still be there if I really had a complication and needed revision surgery. I'm sure he would do a good job and avoid complications, but still. If you don't have that worry, I recommend this very strongly
