There was no wait, and the consultation took about 20 minutes. They check for septal deviation by looking directly inside the nose, and they do not use silicone. They prefer ear cartilage for the nose tip and autologous dermis for the bridge. They said the purpose of autologous dermis is less about raising the bridge and more about making it flatter. Since they have a lot of revision surgery experience, it seems better to go there later if problems arise rather than for a first surgery.
