Very professional. They touched my nose and then lifted it with a cotton swab and said it was bent because of an old injury, and that the right side was dead.. They lifted the tip and checked the angle. *They said to leave the hump alone* *And absolutely not to touch the bridge!* They hated the idea of me turning into a Gangnam-style plastic-surgery beauty and becoming unnatural. They said they would use ear cartilage, and fat grafting (they'll take it from the thigh and use stem cells!). They said the remaining fat would be used on my forehead too (forehead fat grafting) - at no extra cost! They said the nose bends when I smile and becomes an arrow nose because the smiling tip muscle is too big, so that muscle needs to be cut. They said even after surgery, the nose would still bend, and there would be a scar at the tip. The surgery would take about 1.5 hours (they said I'd be fine in 2-3 weeks). They boosted my confidence by saying I was naturally beautiful.. and said it would look pretty if they just lifted the tip a bit! I really like the doctor, and they're a real expert.. They absolutely hate unnatural, Gangnam-beauty style looks.. I'm going to get consultations at other places too before deciding.
