First of all, there was only one person in the hospital, and there wasn’t anyone who could really be called a consultation manager! They took photos, and then I went straight into a consultation with the director. They said they would use ear cartilage and autologous dermis, and they showed me before-and-after photos, which looked natural and pretty. They also said that if autologous dermis is used, the remaining material would be added to the forehead or under the eyes as a free service.
