I visited for revision surgery, and they spoke honestly! It was my second consultation, and even at the first consultation I felt trust and thought I wanted to do it here, but I ended up choosing another hospital... Then I came back again for revision surgery, and I was grateful that they spoke from the patient's perspective. I didn't ask about the surgery fee, so I don't know!
