I visited a place near my house that was recommended in the app by a doctor with a good track record for eyes. It was a place with a lot of recommendations, so I was somewhat expecting it, but when I visited the clinic there were a lot of people waiting. That made me feel that the system was pretty solid, because they guided people in order very well. The flow felt similar to other places, and I was a bit disappointed that I talked longer with the manager than with the doctor. Still, they were the type to organize only the necessary points for the consultation, so that made it easy to keep things straight.
