I went in for a consultation because the reviews and accessibility were decent. The atmosphere felt really like a hospital. When I looked it up on my own, it seemed like they operated on many different specialties, so maybe because of that, the age range of people waiting was quite diverse and there were a lot of patients. There was no wait when I spoke with the manager, but there was a wait when I spoke with the director. The director's consultation style felt very firm, so I got the impression they were a bit intense. Still, I think it helped that they clearly said what was and wasn't possible.
