I did it impulsively three years ago, and among my few cosmetic procedures, this was the one with the biggest effect. Unless people compare it directly with old photos, they don't notice it at all, but the overall impression became more positive. Even my mom didn't realize until I told her. The consultation is almost entirely with the coordinator like at most other clinics, and while the interior is nicely done, it's clearly a factory-style clinic. I wasn't planning on double eyelid surgery, but I had single eyelids that were close to an inner double fold, so I asked casually during the consultation with the coordinator. She clearly said it probably wasn't necessary, and I felt they weren't trying to sell me everything they could. There is a little scar, but it's along the inner corner line of the eye, so unless you pull the skin up to look, you can't see it. You can't see it even when my eyes are closed.
