I was sitting there waiting for the director, and a patient who had just come out after double eyelid surgery asked something. She looked genuinely annoyed and said, “What you need to do is ~” The patient, maybe because she had just had surgery and couldn’t hear properly, said, “Pardon?” and then the staff member snapped, “I said what you need to do.” I honestly couldn’t believe my ears. If you are the type of person who includes staff friendliness when choosing a clinic, then read this and just skip this place. And the director. I was drawn in by the kind-sounding tone and bright appearance I saw on YouTube, but in reality, maybe because they had just finished surgery, they looked exhausted lol. I stared for 2 seconds wondering if it was really the same person. I don’t know if YouTube is fake or if they were just tired that day, but the way they spoke during the consultation was so casual, like they were just reading a script, that I lost all interest. Overall, it’s a clinic I have no good memories of. One day, while talking with a friend, the clinic’s YouTube channel came up, and based on the fragmentary impression I had, I told them not to trust the person in that video.
