First, the good part was that they pointed out the necessary parts quickly. I originally went in for a consultation about the back canthoplasty, but they talked to me about the upper canthoplasty, and only then did I realize there was a problem with the upper canthoplasty. So they do a good job of explaining what is needed. But I don't think the friendliness was good. Still, consultation is important too, but since they seemed to be doing surgery or other work and just briefly came out to see me before going back in, I also felt like I didn't get a proper consultation.
