I went after watching YouTube, but first of all the manager was extremely rude, and the director was rude too .. they did not answer properly and I was seriously upset. There was no place I liked except for the cheekbone reduction surgery here, so I went back for another consultation because I wanted to settle everything in one go if possible. This time, unlike the first visit, the director was kind and gave me a good consultation, so I trusted them and booked. But the aftercare is really terrible and they do not care about the patient ... everything we discussed on the surgery day was gone, and I ended up with a nose I had never seen before.
