They look at the face as a whole. The doctor talks a bit about personal matters, but after listening to that, I guess I understood why the final estimate was what it was... I recommend it for people who want to see the overall harmony of the face. But because of that, I did not get to hear in detail what they would actually use to operate on my face... It felt a little like, "Just trust us and leave it to us!" If I were to have surgery, I think I would want to do it here. I liked that they pointed out what was lacking in my face and that they aimed for a natural result.
