No one who gets their nose done here is probably expecting a dramatic result. Even so, I am not satisfied. There was a part I still hoped would improve... but even that did not improve. And the nose got longer. I guess I have to take comfort in the fact that it got a little higher. There is a reason the surgery expectation score was 5 points. The nose feels hard. It is clearly a surgically altered nose, but because the changes are so small, it feels depressing. Filler would probably be better. Even if I wanted to raise just the tip again somewhere else, since Gore-Tex is inside, I would probably have to redo the whole bridge too (and there are no clinics doing surgery with Gore-Tex anymore...). I did not think badly of Gore-Tex, so I chose it, but that seems to be the real problem.
