I went 5 years ago, so things may be different now! I went in for a consultation to lower the line, and they explained things in a very professional and detailed way. But it was not one of those cases where they say everything can definitely be done! I liked that they clearly said improvements could be made, but there were also parts that could not be changed. I plan to come back for a second consultation.
