He looked closely at my nose and said I didn't need it. He said surgery has pros and cons, but if I had surgery, the cons would outweigh the pros. He said he understood the issue I was complaining about, but that it would probably be better to handle it lightly with filler or something similar. I had gone in expecting a lot because I had heard so much about how natural his work is, so I felt a little empty, but I was also comforted because it felt like he was being sincere and advising me for the patient's sake. They didn't give me a price because he said I shouldn't have surgery, and if nothing is spent, the record won't be entered.
