The facility was clean and they were just okay in terms of friendliness. I paid for a 5-session event package for upper-lip and armpit hair removal, but I didn’t feel like they were doing it carefully. There was some improvement in the armpits, but I don’t think the upper-lip hair improved at all. It’s exactly the same. It’s growing back just as thick as before. It felt like a waste of money.
