I went for a consultation about yet another revision rhinoplasty. My upturned nose has been bothering me so much when viewed from the front, so I went to a hospital known for good upturned-nose correction. The director seemed very confident about lowering the nostrils, and even showed me photos of surgeries they had personally performed. They looked extremely confident in the surgery.
