I had non-incisional eye correction surgery with Director Choi Moon-seop. He was a completely different person on the consultation day and the surgery day. On the consultation day, he boasted that he could make the line I wanted and said he would do it. On the surgery day, he changed his story and said he couldn’t do it. He is extremely irritable toward patients (he was kind on the consultation day;). He is too rude and way too stubborn. Improvement is needed. I really, really regret having surgery here. I’m looking around for a revision surgery hospital.
