I had my first nose surgery here (probably the first and last time). I filled the bridge between the eyes with autologous costal cartilage, shaved down the hump, tied the nasal tip cartilage and used ear cartilage plus septal cartilage to raise the tip a little, and also corrected the nasolabial angle. No osteotomy. No CT scan. They said they would show CCTV, but there was no separate guidance. They seemed to pursue a natural line, and the consultation with the surgeon lasted about an hour. Among the places I consulted, the doctor was so kind and matched well with me that I decided to go ahead. Do not expect kindness from the coordinator or the staff. The staff were the worst among the many plastic surgery clinics I visited. They seem kind, but it is just the level of booking help plus business-like courtesy. They do not tell you the schedule in advance, and there are some unclear parts. The coordinator asked what the other clinic had said during the CT scan, what method they used, and about the amount of septal cartilage (they said they only do it when needed here...?). Still, the suture removal and the operating room nurse were fine. The hospital facilities are clean and fairly large since they moved not long ago. The doctor is kind during the first explanation, but during follow-up care he seemed busy and just glanced at me before leaving. After the splint comes off, they only do a scrub for sebum care. You have to do the washing and any real aftercare yourself.
