I went for a consultation after looking into a nose surgery without implants. The hospital had a very quiet cafe-like feel and a cozy atmosphere, which I liked. I got consulted about the part I was most worried about, and they said firmly that it would probably not work, which surprised me a little. I thought it was honest because they said no when it really would not work, and during the consultation they explained everything while touching each part of my nose. I liked that they looked at my nose this carefully and spoke realistically. But when I look at the before-and-after photos, even after surgery it is not smooth and the hump still has some uneven parts, so I am not sure about the surgical side of things. I do like that they are honest and meticulous, so for now I want to look around some more before deciding.
