I had a consultation with Director Kim, and everything he said and the consultation itself were all really good, but honestly the manager was so awful that I do not want to go. When the manager came back in with a tablet after the doctor finished consulting me, I had already seen the estimate written on the tablet. It was already the lowest quote among the other places I had consulted, so I was thinking, the price is fine, maybe if I go ahead I’ll do it here? and was saying nothing, but then they suddenly started getting carried away alone, saying they were worried I might be shocked because the price was too high. It felt like when a sales clerk at a luxury department store says, “Please look at this, but it’s probably too expensive for you to buy.” lol I really have no words, this is exactly that. It was my first time feeling bad after a consultation. I told them all the places I had consulted, but I wondered whether this person, who is supposedly a manager, even knows roughly what estimates other clinics give. Anyway, for people who think all that matters is whether the doctor doing the surgery is okay, I recommend giving it a try.
