I started reading the blog seriously when I began considering revision surgery, and since there happened to be a consultation-fee waiver event, I went. At first I was randomly assigned a doctor whose name was visible on the blog, but later it seemed there was a main doctor separately? To describe the doctor I consulted with: diligent, but sharp. I think this wasn't a matter of kindness, but of becoming sensitive because of accumulated surgery complaints. First of all, I liked that they pursued a natural look, and they explained in detail all the things they could do from multiple angles while considering the parts I wanted improved, and recommended them too. However, the results in the before-and-after photos they showed were different from the direction I wanted, and since revision surgery is a lot of trouble, the fact that the change did not seem very large made me hesitate. Also, I had read reviews saying they react sensitively to questions, so even though I was as careful and polite as possible when asking, I still felt like the questions themselves were being taken as an attack. Maybe they had a lot of fatigue from complaints after similar surgeries, but still, I wondered if they really needed to be that stern with a patient who came in specifically requesting them. The manager seemed professional and like someone who would handle things well, so that was good. The staff also seemed systematic. The clinic facilities looked sanitary and clean. And even though there was no consultation fee, I liked that they still consulted kindly and diligently, and they contacted me in advance to adjust the time because they said many reservations had piled up during my consultation slot and the wait might get long. I felt they were considerate of patients in that respect. The consultation is worth trying at least once, but I felt strongly that communication with the doctor would be difficult, so I did not go ahead with surgery. I would visit again with a different doctor!
