The facility was clean, and although there was a slight mix-up in the reservation process, I was thankfully able to have my consultation on time. I consulted with Director Han Jin-woo, and I was surprised because he seemed younger than I expected; first of all, I was startled when he suddenly shoved a cotton swab into my nostril to check my septum I hadn't expected that. He explained things kindly and in a gentle voice, but the plan I wanted was rejected and he recommended a different plan. Still, it was an appealing plan, so I'm considering it. The consultation manager was really kind and proactive.
