It was peak busy season so the waiting time was a bit long, but the consultation manager was so kind, and even though I asked a lot of questions, they explained everything in detail one by one, so I was very satisfied. There was absolutely no pressure to leave a deposit. The doctor was cheerful too and only recommended the surgeries that were actually needed, which made me trust them. They explained things in an easy-to-understand way, which I liked.
