I had a consultation after waiting a long time past my booked time. I wondered why they even take reservations if it's going to be like this. Everyone else waited a long time too, and they kept telling even the people who came after me to wait as well.. The doctor's consultation was thorough, comparing my current face with the direction I wanted and explaining that they could try to get as close as possible to what I wanted, but that achieving it completely would be difficult, so it was ultimately my choice. There was no pressure or push at all, and I liked how honest they were.
